How Do I Order?

Go to the ‘ORDER’ page. Select how many meals you would like to receive per week. Place your order and choose you meals.

How Do I Pay?

We accept iDeal and Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) payments.

For how long is my subscription plan?

If you have active subscription for one of our meal plans, you will be billed every week and can cancel that any time before the next billing period.

Are your meals ready to eat?

Yes, we still recommend you to heat up the main dishes.

How can I heat up my food?

You could do that by using microwave, oven or a pan until reached the desired temperature. Our food trays are freezer, oven and microwave proof (from -20 to +200 degrees Celsius).

Recommended heating time microwave (1- 3 min), oven preheat first to 180*C (10-15min). Do not heat up the sauce containers.

Can I freeze the meals?

Yes! All of our main meals can be frozen - freeze them on the day you receive them and they will last in your freezer for up to 2 weeks. Still we recommend you to eat the meals fresh and store them in the fridge.

Can you track my calories?

We do make sure you get the right amount of calories for the day according to an individual nutrition plan and preferences. If you have any questions or need guidance, reach out to our nutrition coach at [email protected]

Are your food containers recyclable?

Yes, they are 100% recyclable.

What if I’m not in when my meals are delivered?

If you aren’t in the delivery courier will follow the instructions given on the ordering form, so please make sure you put down a safe place to leave your bag or a friendly neighbor who will take the bag in for you. Still nobody there? Contact us at [email protected] to find the best solution.
